Guided Meditation

Meditation has been around for thousands of years in different forms.  People have used  meditation by itself or in combination with acupuncture or chi gong or other mindful methods of tapping into our internal resources. It has been used for relaxation, stress relief, emotional healing, brain "reset", mental concentration practice, treat depression, anxiety, obesity, OCD, substance abuse, addictions and many other issues. Sometimes, physical rehab is simply not enough. If you find yourself plateauing in your physical progress, sometimes it is because you need a mental push to reconcile your physical state with your mental state. We highly recommend you join us for a weekly meditation session which will include a brief  Q&A session about a related physiology, a 10-20 minute yoga style stretching session followed by a 30-45 minute guided mediation session. These meditation sessions are complimentary. You are encouraged to attend and bring a friend or family member. These sessions are weekly and take place every Thursday night at 6 p.m. in our gym.
